Refund Policy

1. Registration Fees Policy
All registrations for Build Grid 1.0 are final. The registration fee paid during the signup process is non-refundable. By purchasing a registration ticket, you agree that you will not be entitled to a refund if you decide not to participate, get disqualified, or cannot attend the event.
2. Technical Payment Failures & Double Charges
In cases where a participant is charged twice due to a payment gateway timeout or a technical error, the duplicate amount will be fully refunded. The participant must report the issue along with the payment transaction IDs and proof of deduplication to our support email within 7 days of the transaction.
3. Refund Processing
Once a valid duplicate payment or error is verified by our finance team, the refund will be initiated. The refunded amount will be credited back to the original payment source (credit card, debit card, UPI, or bank account) within 5 to 7 business days, depending on your bank's processing times.
