Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering for, accessing, or participating in Build Grid 1.0, you agree to be fully bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not register for or participate in the hackathon.
2. Eligibility & Registration
Build Grid 1.0 is open to students, developers, designers, and tech enthusiasts. All participants must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration. Any false representation may result in immediate disqualification.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
Participants retain full ownership of the intellectual property (IP) of the code and products they build during Build Grid 1.0. However, by submitting a project, you grant Bharat Vidyodhari Technologies a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to showcase, demonstrate, and promote the project.
4. Code of Conduct
Participants are expected to behave professionally and respectfully. Plagiarism, copying pre-existing projects, or using unethical methods to gain an advantage is strictly prohibited. All project code must be developed during the active duration of the hackathon.
5. Deadlines and Submissions
Submission deadlines are final and strictly enforced. Projects must be submitted via the designated portal before the closing time. No extensions will be granted, and late submissions will not be eligible for evaluation.
6. Limitation of Liability
Bharat Vidyodhari Technologies is not responsible for any technical issues, server downtimes, connectivity failures, or data losses experienced by participants during the event.
